The Potato Princess is a restaurant which centralizes the humble potato, elevating it from a classic side dish to the main focus of a meal. From fully dressed up fries, to creamy and cheesy mashed potatoes, to delectable gnocchi, this restaurant aims to show off the diversity of potatoes and prove that they are suitable for anyone, even royalty.

Originally, The Potato Princess started off as a food truck. However, as it grew in popularity, so too did the need for a more permanent place of business. After 10 years in the food truck, in 2013, The Potato Princess finally got her palace.
